APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS If you are interested in Non Appropriated Fund (NAF) employment, you may apply for positions listed below. In order to apply, you must submit Form OF 612 (Optional Application for Federal Employment) and Optional Form 306 (Declaration for Federal Employment), as well as the Continuation and Availability forms. Upon submission, you must provide evidence of eligibility for employment in the United States.
If you have prior military service, please attach Member Copy-4 of your DD 214.
Applications will remain on file for 90 days, after which time they will be destroyed unless you contact us prior to the date to extend your application.
One application is necessary for each job.
